Saturday mornings were “clean the house day” when Elizabeth was growing up. Raised by a single mom who worked hard to keep their home organized, that skill was passed on to Elizabeth.

What does that mean for Elizabeth’s clients?

Organized, clean, and clutter-free environments are what Elizabeth wants to bring to your home as this is the environment she thrives in.

You will benefit from Elizabeth’s past nine years in the real estate industry where she spent hours working with her clients to de-clutter and downsize their home to ready them for listing. She has done a fair share of packing as well to get their treasures ready for their next home and out of the way for photos. Working with the client’s items – no job was complete without staging the client’s home in a new way they never thought of - but then loved. This also assured a top dollar offer for Elizabeth’s client; not to mention a lot of up-front work was done in order for the client to move more easily when the time came.

Elizabeth has three grown children in their 20’s and jokes that now they are living on their own, her own home is always clean and organized again. Elizabeth was born and raised in West Seattle; and is 5th generation on her father’s side to live there.

Elizabeth is engaged and will be married in August 2022 to a Deputy Chief for a major fire department. One trait Elizabeth loves most about him is that everything has a system and the fact he is organized! At that time, Elizabeth will relocate to the South End of Puget Sound.
