This software is only included as part of three versions of Microsoft Outlook: Small Business, Professional and Ultimate. Business Contact Manager Database Configuration
With Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Outlook 2007, you and your coworkers can share the business data that is important to all of you. Information in Accounts, Business Contacts, opportunities and projects kept as records in the Business Contact Manager database. The creator of this database is also the database owner and has full control, including granting access permissions or deleting records.
The database owner can share the database only with computers that are on the same network, in the same work group or domain. Users' computers can be members of the same work group or network. A domain is not required to share your database.
In larger installations it is recommended that the database be placed on a dedicated server so that the performance is not impacted by use from a local user. The database platform that BCM operates from is Microsoft SQL 2005.

Business Contact Manager Training
All of our training material can be customized to meet your needs. We will provide you with the table of contents of training topics and let you decide what areas of training makes the most sense for you or your organization. Based on your training requirement we will be able to determine the length of the training session needed and if any up front consulting is needed to help prepare you for a successful training session.
The training and consulting we provide will teach you much more than "how" to use Business Contact Manager. We will teach you "how" to use the various components together and "why" you would want to do this to get the most out of your CRM.
We have three Business Contact Manager training options to get you up to speed quickly:
1. Remote one-on-one training where we work with you in your location, on your computer over the Internet and phone. We off this training and consulting in hour increments so you pay for only the training and consulting that fits your needs.
2. On-site training and customization for one person or a group of employees. These sessions run a minimum of four hours to a day. Each participant in the group training received a copy of Business Solutions Using Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager.
3. If you are located in the Greater-Seattle Area, you can take a class open to the public where you supply your own laptop and use your database for the training. Current classes are listed here. You will receive a copy of Business Solutions Using Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager.
